I had often dreamed of a place that could be a home for music, dance, and other arts, but also where performances could be enjoyed. Such a place is the mission of  New Rhythm Arts Collaborative (NRAC) based in the Woodlawn neighborhood of Chicago. NRAC provides a place for exploration and expression of music and other creative arts. Our hope is that we be a gateway to the discovery of personal worth, responsibility, and the desire to achieve.

Woodlawn, is a reemerging cultural center.  Many new and exciting arts opportunities are becoming available in a part of the city that had been the center of this activity.  Woodlawn is now the new home of the New Rhythm Arts Collaborative, formerly the New Rhythm Arts Center.  Join for a wide variety of programs and opportunities.
